Your Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism
  • Data Collection: Provide support for data collection to enable account recovery for end users
  • Process Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
  • Issue Resolution: Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs

What We Are Looking For

  • A graduate degree in any discipline
  • Freshers are eligible
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (chat, email, voice)
  • Effective probing skills and analytical understanding
  • Analytical skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent proficiency in written English and neutral English accent
