Job Title: Subject Matter ExpertRequired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deliver engaging subject-specific lessons to students, promoting a love of learning.
  • Develop effective lesson plans and prepare high-quality educational content that meets the needs of diverse learners.
  • Assess students' progress and performance, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom, fostering a sense of community and respect among students.
  • Prepare students for board examinations, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge required for success.
Benefits:
  • Possess a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized institution.
  • Have a minimum of 55% marks in graduation, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • Possess a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification, ensuring a strong foundation in pedagogy.
  • Be qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or State TET for upper primary and secondary classes, meeting regulatory requirements.
