Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Procurement Associate to execute procurement activities, including vendor sourcing and quotation analysis.

The successful candidate will coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.

They will track order deliveries, verify invoices, and liaise with the Finance team for payment processing.

The role also involves maintaining accurate procurement records, vendor database, and ensuring compliance with audit and documentation standards.

Additionally, the Procurement Associate will support in preparing procurement reports, tracking PO lifecycle, and collecting structured feedback from users post-delivery.

Inventory management is also a key aspect of this role, including tracking stock levels, issuance, and timely replenishment.

Expected Deliverables:

Develop a strong understanding of procurement policies, tools, and vendor ecosystem.

Maintain 100% compliance with documentation and internal controls.

Oversight of inventory of supplies and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment.

A responsive coordinator for internal procurement needs, gathering stakeholder feedback regularly.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.

Any certification or coursework in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management is desirable.

Work Experience:

2 to 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations within a mid to large-sized organization.

Proven track record in vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, purchase order management, and inventory tracking.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of procurement lifecycle and inventory control practices.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and procurement software.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Organized, dependable, and detail-focused with a problem-solving attitude.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
