Senior Human Resources Manager Job Opportunity

A. S. A. Consultancy Services is seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to spearhead its HR functions, driving business success through strategic people management.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong background in HR - MSW / MBA. Experience in the Garment / Apparel Industry is preferred. This role requires excellent communication skills and fluency in English & Kannada / Telugu.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Strategic HR Plans: Align HR strategies and initiatives with the overall business strategy, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Enhance Employee Engagement: Foster a positive working environment, promoting employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Lead Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to hiring decisions, ensuring top talent acquisition.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, aligned with business objectives.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Develop and maintain an attractive pay plan and benefits program, competitive in the market.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs, design and deliver programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Provide data-driven insights to support business decisions, using HR metrics and analytics.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in HR - MSW / MBA.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English & Kannada / Telugu.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
