Job Description

A. S. A. Consultancy Services seeks an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to design and implement comprehensive HR strategies that drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance organizational performance.
  • Talent Management: Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract, select, and retain top talent in the manufacturing industry, with a preference for candidates with experience in the garment/apparel sector.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive working relationships between management and employees by addressing concerns, grievances, and issues promptly and fairly.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the development and implementation of a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, identifies areas for improvement, and recognizes outstanding contributions.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Design and manage a pay plan and benefits program that is competitive, equitable, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Training and Development: Assess training needs and develop programs that enhance skills, knowledge, and competencies across the organization.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Senior Human Resources Manager in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the garment/apparel sector.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field (PG in HR - MSW / MBA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Kannada/Telugu.
