The Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the full end-to-end talent selection process, working closely with Hiring Managers and HR teams across various areas. Your primary focus will be on creating exceptional candidate and manager experiences, leveraging innovative hiring strategies to meet specific needs.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Owning and controlling the full end-to-end process to drive successful conclusions in all instances.
- Partnering with Hiring Managers and HR teams to identify hiring needs or skills gaps as they arise.
- Leveraging data to influence business thinking and support talent decisions.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences for both hiring leaders and candidates.
- Aligning hiring strategies with the company's goals by finding and matching great individuals to suitable roles, both internally and externally.
