
Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in growing learning service sales to clients and working closely with senior account leadership.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing key client accounts across regions and working under the guidance of an Engagement Director.
- Engaging with client stakeholders to discover unmet needs or potential service gaps that could represent new opportunities.
- Creating sales materials and tailored client presentations to support upsell or renewal opportunities.
- Leading and coordinating documents for RFI and RFP responses, including slide decks, rate cards, and solution overviews.
- Leading and coordinating QBR preparation and presentation and other related governance activities.
- Helping track win/loss data and sales KPIs across the portfolio to support continuous improvement.
- Conducting preliminary research on client organization changes (e.g., new leaders, business priorities, M&A activity) that could signal opportunities.
- Collaborating with service line leaders on how to align internal solutions to unmet client needs.
- Responding to routine client queries and escalating issues where needed.
- Contributing to preparation of business reviews, presentations, and reports.
- Tracking account metrics including SLA performance, client satisfaction, and operational KPIs.
- Supporting opportunity tracking and contributing to renewal preparation and upsell coordination.
- Ensuring internal systems and documentation are up to date and accurate.
- Staying current on learning industry trends and client-specific developments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4–8 years of experience in account coordination, client services, project management, or operations roles.
- Experience working in or with professional services, learning, or talent development sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to support client relationships and manage operational details.
- Exposure to multi-stakeholder environments and experience handling multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting reporting, governance, or performance tracking processes.
