Job Title

Application Specialist

You will play a key role in supporting business functions by describing and documenting business requirements for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O application.

Converting business requirements into a development maintenance plan that respects our global IT strategy and plan, policies, and other relevant frameworks is an essential part of this role.

As an Application Specialist, you will collaborate with other application specialists to ensure a consistent solution and long-term governance of data.

Responsibilities include staying updated on vendor updates, patches, and fixes, as well as contributing your skills and knowledge to the development and maintenance plan for the application.

Introducing new functionality and proposing changes to drive business efficiency, following up on the quality, performance, and cost efficiency of the application are also important tasks in this position.

Documenting and maintaining records of the business requirements and implementation of the application are critical components of this job.

Providing second- and third-line support when needed, providing end-user training, user manuals, and FAQs for the application are also required skills.

Driving testing of the application according to the defined test strategy and plan, leading the work on implementing compliance to policies, laws, and regulations, as well as relevant industry standards for the application.

This position requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as experience working in a multicultural organization.

You should have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant area and more than 3 years' experience using the application in scope. We value adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in this role.
