Warehouse Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage a team of warehouse staff. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in logistics and supply chain management, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of warehouse procedures and safety protocols is essential, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
  • Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records and minimal losses.
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.


Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Logistics or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse setting.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP or other logistics software.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
