Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Executive to lead our research projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong degree in any subject and/or professional qualification.
  • 2-4 years' experience in research or professional services organization.
  • 2 years' experience in research-based project support role.
  • 1-2 years Healthcare experience is essential.
  • Healthcare knowledge or experience is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to produce near final interview materials and presentation drafts.
  • Solid project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic coaching skills.
  • Computer proficient – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
