Due Diligence Consultant Role

As a Due Diligence Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the client onboarding process to mitigate risk through a thorough due diligence process. This involves conducting research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.

The role requires you to consult with clients to provide support in interpreting policies, guidelines, and governance programs. You will also be involved in the execution of due diligence reporting processes and controls.

  2. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.

  5. Review and analyze client onboarding processes or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives.
  6. Exercise independent judgment to guide medium-risk deliverables.
  7. Aggregate, evaluate, and report results, escalating where necessary.
  8. Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the due diligence function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  9. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, managers, and internal and external customers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

For this role, we are looking for candidates with 2+ years of Due Diligence experience, or equivalent. This can include risk management, client service, operations support, or business process management demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
