Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP C4C Implementation Specialist to join our team at 2COMS Group. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in implementing SAP Service Cloud (C4C) for Utility Clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Drive the key activities of SAP Service cloud implementations; integrating to backend S/4HANA utilities solution
Create functional specifications and work with technical consultants on application customization
Work with integration SMEs, S/4HANA ABAP team on connection between SAP Sales & Service Cloud and back-end S/4HANA IS-U environment.


Requirements:

8+ years of experience in SAP C4C (Cloud For Customer) implementation
In-depth knowledge of business processes in Service Cloud Utilities Call Centre solution
Hands-on experience in service Cloud module implementation
Well versed with Integration troubleshooting in C4C via Web Service Message Monitoring
Familiar with the integration between the utility (Elec and Gas) industry's C4C Service Cloud and SAP S/4HANA ISU using CPI


Preferred Qualifications:

B.S. Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent Experience
4-8 years of Overall IT experience with 4 – 5 years of experience with SAP Sales / Service cloud in a Functional role. Exposure to Technical troubleshooting will be an added advantage
Aptitude to lead the team.
