Quality Assurance Specialist

We are an AI-powered digital therapeutics and eLearning platform designed to support early intervention for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other neurodivergent conditions.

We leverage advanced AI capabilities to provide personalized, adaptive learning pathways that help children acquire cognitive, social, emotional, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documents to design effective test cases.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Perform manual testing across web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Identify, log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage and maintain traceability between requirements and test cases.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Skillset:

  • Familiarity with software development life cycles, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to write clear, concise test cases and test scripts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
