  • Troubleshooting and resolving web application issues.
  • Implementing and managing web security best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining Crystal Reports for TrackWise data analysis and reporting.
  • Managing and supporting Team Access configurations and integrations.
  • Creating and maintaining Team Access reports.
  • Understanding and applying QM principles and best practices within the TrackWise system.
  • Supporting the implementation and maintenance of QM processes within TrackWise.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Managing and tracking support tickets and issues using a ticketing system.
  • Documenting solutions, best practices, and knowledge base articles.
  • Providing training and support to end-users.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Participating in team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions.
