We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Associate to join our finance team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate management of incoming payments and maintaining financial records pertaining to accounts receivable.
Job Description
- Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Create and send out invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Monitor customer accounts and identify outstanding account balances.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage customer accounts, process invoices, and handle collections efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred (or relevant work experience).
- 0-6 Months of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable processes is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also required.
