Job Overview

As a key member of our Founders' Office, you will collaborate closely with leadership to design, execute, and scale go-to-market strategies across multiple markets. Your primary focus will be on demand generation, positioning, and revenue-driving initiatives, making this a high-visibility role with accelerated exposure and potential for rapid career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with our founders to develop and run high-velocity growth experiments for building and positioning our product.
  • Design and scale GTM strategies across regions; drive pipeline growth and measurable business impact.
  • Develop competitive positioning and market intelligence frameworks; empower sales teams with narratives and assets.
  • Apply creative thinking to identify new use cases and build ready-to-use applications using our platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to accelerate implementations and support faster deal closures.
  • Develop and showcase low-code/no-code apps to drive product-led growth and customer education.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in growth, marketing, or entrepreneurship within startups/SaaS, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tier-1/Tier-2 academic background (IIM/ISB/MICA/IIT or equivalent).
  • Creative strategist with strong execution and experimentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, thriving on high ownership, speed, and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional influence with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.
