Performance Test Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in planning, designing, and executing performance tests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Test Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure the optimal performance of our applications.
  • Test Script Creation: Develop and enhance test scripts using various tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
  • Bottleneck Identification: Analyze performance results and identify areas for improvement to optimize application performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering.
  • Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling.
  • Good knowledge of monitoring tools and server log analysis.
  • Expertise in JVM/GC tuning and performance bottleneck resolution.
