Job Summary

A highly skilled account manager is required to lead our account management team. The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction and retention through strategic account management and exceptional service delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure retention through proactive account management and effective relationship building.
  • Oversee projects to ensure successful execution and outcomes, maintaining high standards of timeliness and quality.
  • Ensure the team complies with project lifecycle requirements and aligns members to a common goal by providing clear briefs and fostering active involvement.
  • Lead the team in executing projects efficiently, providing support for smooth operations.
  • Develop, strategize, and implement plans to deliver client projects successfully, achieving established goals and KPIs.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients from project onboarding to closure, setting and managing delivery expectations.
  • Devise strategies to expand existing accounts and boost growth.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency, with a minimum of 1 year in mentoring and leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, with excellent conflict resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional skills in building and maintaining client relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring client retention.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation, and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
