This role combines technical skills with business problem-solving, giving you end-to-end ownership of BI projects. You'll also gain exposure to cutting-edge BI innovations - AI-driven insights, advanced visualizations, and high-scale analytics - while helping businesses make smarter decisions.

You'll work directly with clients and our internal team to design dashboards, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Design and build dashboards using PersivX BI
  • Partner with business teams to translate requirements into actionable insights
  • Conduct business analysis to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with product and client teams to enhance BI use cases

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with BI/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar)
  • Proficiency in SQL (any database) and working knowledge of Python for data analysis
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
