We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications by performing manual testing, developing and executing test cases, and collaborating with development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing to identify defects, verify functionality, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop, document, and execute test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
- Report, track, and manage defects using defect management tools.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new features or changes do not impact existing functionality.
- Work closely with development teams to understand requirements, provide feedback, and verify fixes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate test records, including test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and issues to the project manager.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in manual testing.
