Job Title

This role requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in regulatory reporting, financial services, and product management. The ideal candidate will have a Chartered Accountant or MBA background and fluency in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex change projects in financial and regulatory reporting spaces, driving process improvements through technology and non-technology solutions.
  • Independently manage implementation engagements with leading banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, and insurance companies, covering automation of regulatory and risk reporting.

  • Explain product features to clients and lead client conversations on business requirements.

  • Focus on total client relationship management and provision of end-to-end delivery of solutions to existing and new clients.
Selection Process

The selection process involves personal interviews, with at least 2-3 rounds, followed by a final discussion on career and compensation. Preparation is required on products/exposures in the financial services industry, product development and implementation lifecycle, and RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI reporting requirements.
