Therapist Position

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic therapist to join our team in Pune.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy services to clients with various psychological concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, behavioral, and relationship issues.

This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate should have a Master's degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology and at least 3 years of hands-on therapy experience.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.

The successful candidate will also have opportunities to build expertise in anxiety, OCD, depression, and relationship therapy.

  • Salary: ₹40,000–₹70,000/month (based on therapy expertise, experience, and qualifications)

Requirements
  1. A Master's degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (M.Phil / Ph.D / RCI preferred but not mandatory)
  2. At least 3 years of hands-on therapy experience
  3. Empathy, professionalism, and a client-focused approach
  4. Belief in structured and ethical methods of care
