We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex caseloads.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and editing high-volume cases, including NIWs, O-1s, EB-1s, and PERM-based I-140s and I-485s.
  • They will also manage a large caseload independently while liaising with inter-firm teams to ensure efficiency and quality of work.
  • Effective communication and prompt client service throughout the visa process is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and edit high-volume immigration cases.
  • Manage a large caseload independently.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the visa process.
  • Report on case progression and status to legal teams and managers.
  • Liaise with governmental organizations, including USCIS, CBP, the US Department of State, and the US Department of Labor.
  • Support lawyers in procuring evidence, preparing documents, and ensuring adherence to procedural stipulations.
  • Showcase strategic acumen and initiative in case assignments and pinpoint delays in the process.
  • Prepare and coordinate document production and responses to RFEs.
  • Maintain accurate records and track cases consistently as per firm policies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in immigration law, specifically with O-1s, NIWs, and EB-1As.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage complex caseloads.
