Content Team Lead Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Content Editor & Team Lead to oversee our content team and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of insurance-focused blogs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the content team, editing and refining all insurance-related blogs, ensuring accuracy and compliance, monitoring productivity, and providing constructive feedback to writers.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the content team to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with client expectations in the insurance domain.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine all insurance-related blogs to maintain a high editorial standard.
  • Ensure content is accurate, compliant, well-structured, and aligned with the client's tone and insurance-specific guidelines.
  • Monitor team productivity, set clear deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of insurance-focused content.
  • Provide constructive feedback to writers to improve the overall quality of writing in insurance topics.
  • Act as the point of contact for client deliverables and internal coordination.
  • Handle last-minute requirements and ensure the team adapts quickly.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Content Editor / Senior Content Writer / Team Lead in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail, especially in insurance-related content.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of insurance blogs, SEO basics, and content structuring.
