Senior ERP Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ERP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing JD Edwards ERP systems, with a focus on finance and cross-functional modules.

This role requires strong technical skills, including configuration, data structures, and integration points. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

The Senior ERP Consultant will be responsible for leading and executing ERP activities during organizational transitions, such as mergers, acquisitions, and company spin-offs. This includes end-to-end process mapping, configuration, data migration, compliance, and integration with external systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition Planning & Execution: Design and implement JDE processes for company separation, including inactivation of accounts, closure of company codes, and data extraction strategies.
  • Finance Module Expertise: Configure and support modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and multi-currency setups.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Lead historical data extraction and handover to acquiring entities.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement SOX-compliant security using tools like All Out.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12–15 years of experience in JD Edwards ERP with a focus on Finance and cross-functional modules.
  • Proven experience in at least one company separation, merger, or acquisition project.
  • Strong understanding of JDE configuration, data structures, and integration points.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Skill 1: JD Edwards S&D Functional Consultant (Transition Projects)

Role Overview:

The JD Edwards S&D Functional Consultant will lead and support ERP activities focused on Sales & Distribution during organizational transitions such as company separations, mergers, or acquisitions. The role demands deep expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and hands-on experience in project execution across multiple modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition Planning & Execution: Design and implement JDE processes for divestiture scenarios including customer/supplier master segregation, order closure, and data handover.
  • Sales & Distribution Expertise: Configure and support modules such as Sales Order Management (O2C), Purchase Order Processing (P2P), Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing and Preferences.
  • Integration & Data Migration: Lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Implement SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness.
  • Support EDI inbound/outbound processes for different interfaces.
