We're a growth-driven marketing agency based out of Hyderabad, India. We're looking for an experienced paid ads specialist to drive results for our eCommerce & Home Services brands in India and the USA.

Our ideal candidate is someone who's willing to push for better results and improve the overall experience working with our brands. Performance incentives are on offer based on individual performance. This role also offers flexibility - no relocation required if you can deliver results remotely.

  • Research account demographics to suggest relevant ad copy, creative, and funnel structures.
  • Develop client relationships and confidence through effective communication.
  • Perform A/B tests to gather insights and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Suggest and optimize new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, and landing page improvements to boost ROAS and conversions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Collaborate with us and our brands to achieve target KPIs.
  • Write direct-response-focused creative copies and edit marketing content with excellent grammar.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook/Google for eCommerce/DTC brands.

A minimum of $25,000 in managed ad spend.

2-4 years of performance marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone with expertise in driving results through paid advertising. Key responsibilities include research, client management, A/B testing, campaign optimization, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and achieving target KPIs.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need proven experience in managing paid ads campaigns, a strong understanding of ad copywriting, and excellent communication skills. Our ideal candidate has 2-4 years of performance marketing experience and a track record of delivering results in similar roles.
