Instructional Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality learning content that engages and informs our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis using stakeholder interviews and task analysis.
  • Develop clear and concise learning objectives using Bloom's Taxonomy.
  • Design interactive storyboards/scripts for instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, and eLearning modules.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, courseware developers, graphic designers, and quality assurance specialists on execution and feedback integration.
  • Create assessment strategies (formative and summative).
  • Track content through design reviews and revision cycles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM, and Kirkpatrick's model.
  • Experience working with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and Vyond.
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong writing, research, and learner engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, including its systems, processes, and technologies (a plus).
