Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Master Data Management Professional to lead our offshore Master Data team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to coach and develop their team, and ensure expected SLA performance.

  • The successful candidate will standardize and automate processes with the NoCC team, ensuring maximum efficiency.
  • They will also manage training, routine, people development, and other compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities

The Master Data Management Professional will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the Master Data team is managed within agreed timescales and quality level.
  • Quality checking master data set-up to ensure infractions are corrected before impacting business operations or customer relationship.
  • Managing end-to-end process of managing master data efficiently.
  • Supporting project initiatives, including active participation.
