Financial Master Data Management Lead

Job Description:

This is a challenging role that requires an individual to lead the implementation of master data management solutions across various business functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale data migration projects, designing and implementing data governance frameworks, and developing processes for data quality assessment and remediation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end solution architecture, including data model definition, data migration strategy, and data stewardship. Additionally, they will work closely with IT teams to design and implement data integration and automation solutions using technologies such as RPA and SAP (HANA).

The role also involves identifying gaps in existing processes and initiating closure of related projects through automation in SSC verticals. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential for this position, as well as a commitment to ethical behavior and adherence to company policies and current laws.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master Data Management: Experience in managing large-scale data migration projects, designing and implementing data governance frameworks, and developing processes for data quality assessment and remediation.
  • Data Architecture: Ability to design and implement data integration and automation solutions using technologies such as RPA and SAP (HANA).
  • Project Management: Proven track record of leading complex projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building trust and partnerships to drive business outcomes.
  • Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant or CA Inter or MBA Finance.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of experience in technologies used in SSC environment and SAP.
