Job Title: Process Excellence

As a Process Excellence professional, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and compliance within our organization.

  • Process Development & Compliance
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with regulatory requirements and internal standards to ensure seamless process execution.
  • Conduct regular audits to guarantee adherence to SOPs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement & Project Management
  • Identify and execute Continuous Improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving supply chain performance.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to analyze and address root causes, driving measurable improvements throughout the organization.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Develop and maintain reports on key supply chain metrics, including lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, and supplier performance.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to provide actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to procure high-quality materials, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to drive improved material availability, pricing, and service.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
  • Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.

About You:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical supply chain or a regulated industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Supply Chain Operations or Business Administration, is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and proficiency in MS Excel are highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
