Accounting Professional

About the Position

As a vital member of our financial team, you will be accountable for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, posting accounting entries, and effectively managing cash flows.

You will prepare detailed reports and file necessary tax returns, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely payments to vendors and employees. Additionally, you will handle employee reimbursements, maintain stock of office supplies, and guarantee that office utilities are functioning properly.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of Petty Cash Entries and Bank Reconciliations
  • Preparation of Sales Invoice in ERP and timely sending of the Invoices to the Customers
  • Accounts payable and receivables management
  • Managing travel and hotel bookings of the organization
  • Handling employee reimbursements as per the company policy
  • Responsible to keep and maintain stock of office supplies, pantry items and HR joining kit
  • Ensure that the office utilities like AC, internet, electricity, water, etc are working properly
  • Renewal of AMC Contracts like AC, Pest Control, Coffee Machine, etc
  • Maintenance of Expense Bills/ Vendor Invoices / Other Documents in physical form as well as scanned copies
  • Assistance with preparation of Final Accounts and Statutory Audit

Qualifications:

Graduate or postgraduate in accounting/commerce degree
