Analytics Expert Role

About the Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Analytics Expert to join our team.

The successful candidate will provide critical support to our core sales operations team, utilizing their analytical expertise to drive business decisions.

  • Provide data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain complex analytics models to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a business analytics role, preferably in sales or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data visualization, and data mining techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze large datasets to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions to implement them.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
