Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technician to join our team as a field service engineer. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, outstanding customer service abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers at their location, ensuring their equipment is functioning optimally.
  • This includes performing on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs to resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • The role also involves offering training and guidance to customers to enhance their understanding of our services.
  • In addition, the technician will be required to maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns promptly and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Responsibilities will also include managing field service calls professionally and timely to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to customers at their location
  • Performing on-site maintenance and repairs
  • Offering training and guidance to customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering or technology
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of electronic equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
