With over 35 years of combined experience, our team of highly skilled counsellors provides comprehensive guidance to students throughout their academic journey.

Our company is dedicated to helping students excel in academics, extracurricular activities, and essay writing. We are now seeking a talented IT & Social Media Manager to administer our IT system and social media accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to achieve marketing goals.
  • KPI Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
  • Content Management: Oversee and manage social media content creation, publishing, and engagement.
  • Campaign Analysis: Measure the success of every social media campaign and suggest improvements.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
  • Tool Utilization: Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
  • SEO and Engagement: Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics and suggest content optimization.
  • Influencer Network: Establish relationships with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
  • Feedback and Optimization: Provide constructive feedback and continuously optimize social media efforts.
  • Technical Skills: Manage Domain and subdomain, work on Office 365 administrative features, design and create optimized SharePoint Sites, and utilize Zoho CRM, Forms, and other Zoho platforms.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
  • SEO Understanding: Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Audience Research: Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Social Media KPIs: Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Familiarity with Web Design: Familiarity with web design and publishing principles.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent multitasking, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Education: An Engineering Degree in Computer Sciences or BSc degree in Marketing or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Visual Communication: Experience with visual communication principles.
  • Office 365 and Zoho: Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms design and publishing.
  • Online Marketing: Knowledge of online marketing channels.

Salary Range: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum.
