Job Title: Salesforce Architect- Service Cloud

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of innovative Service Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive architecture for Service Cloud solutions at enterprise scale, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Design data models, security frameworks, and integration architectures for complex business environments, fostering collaboration and standardization.
  • Elevate technical governance, coding standards, and best practices across Salesforce programs, driving consistency and excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework, security protocols, and regulatory requirements, guaranteeing a secure and reliable environment.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Service Cloud features, hands-on proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and experience leading global teams and managing offshore coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12–15 years of IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce CRM, showcasing expertise in architecting large-scale Service Cloud solutions.
  • Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and strategic planning.

A strong background in integration platforms, such as MuleSoft, REST/SOAP web services, middleware, and preferred certifications like Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) would be an asset.
