Job Description

As a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal standards within the AML/KYC operations team. Your hands-on experience in quality assurance within the BFSI domain, specifically in compliance-related processes, is essential for driving error reduction and supporting process improvements through audits and feedback mechanisms.

Your responsibilities will include conducting regular audits of AML/KYC cases, identifying process gaps, and providing constructive feedback to enhance accuracy and efficiency. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on quality metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in any discipline, preferably in Commerce or Finance
  • 4–8 years of total experience in a BPO or financial services environment
  • Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a Quality Analyst in an AML/KYC process
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks, customer due diligence (CDD), and enhanced due diligence (EDD)
  • Proficient in quality audit tools, MS Excel, and report generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the operations and training teams to conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and ensure CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) implementation
  • Participating in calibration sessions with internal teams and client-side quality stakeholders
  • Assisting in updating quality control checklists and SOPs as per evolving guidelines

You will be working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with the following conditions:

  • Location: Pune
  • Shifts: As per business requirements (may include rotational shifts)
