Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with client partners to enhance process efficiency and controls, driving capacity growth and scalability.
  • Monitor and track data from various global functional teams across clients, ensuring seamless information exchange.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of process areas to deliver effective solutions, streamlining operations and improving outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in managing teams of minimum 25 members, with a strong background in Investment Banking Operations
  • Develop high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on projects ranging in complexity and scope
  • Prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies is highly desirable
