Job Description

As a strategic player in the investment solutions space, you will work closely with our global business development team to provide analytical and client support. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare high-quality client presentations, pitchbooks, and review materials.

You will play a key role in supporting client engagement efforts across regions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. With exposure to a wide range of investment strategies, you will gain valuable experience and contribute to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with global business development and product specialist teams to develop client-facing materials.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing client proposals, due diligence questionnaires, and investor information requests.
  • Coordinate the distribution of research white papers, event invitations, and webinar materials to clients and prospects.
  • Support senior team members in scheduling and coordinating client meetings and investor conference calls.
  • Manage and maintain consultant and sales databases.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support, including portfolio data summaries and performance tracking.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this position, we seek an individual with a strong background in finance, economics, or a related field. A bachelor's degree is required, along with 0.6-3 years of experience in investment management, consulting, client reporting, or financial services.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus.
  • Familiarity with investment concepts such as portfolio theory, asset allocation, and risk/return analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
