We are seeking a skilled medical writer to join our team of experts. This is a freelance position that requires the ability to draft accurate, clear, and compliant standard response letters/medical information letters in alignment with defined formats and style guides.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Medical Information (MI) projects and be able to translate complex medical and scientific data into concise, accurate, and accessible summaries.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Drafting and reviewing standard response letters/medical information letters per specified format and style
  • Translating complex medical and scientific data into clear and concise summaries
  • Maintaining consistency, clarity, and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Delivering high-quality output within agreed timelines
  • Being flexible to meet urgent deliverables, including occasional weekend work

The requirements for this position are:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing medical information documents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight timelines
  • Strong scientific knowledge with ability to interpret, analyze, and paraphrase complex content
  • Preferred exposure to neuropsychiatry, schizophrenia, and immunology
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
