Sr Manager – Business Excellence, Operations Strategy Lead

Role Overview

This is a Sr Manager position responsible for leading initiatives to drive operational efficiency and quality in key business functions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business excellence strategies to improve operational efficiency, client delivery, and employee experience.
  • Lead process re-engineering and optimization initiatives across digital marketing verticals (media, creative, data, content).
  • Implement quality and governance frameworks (SOPs, KPIs, audits, compliance) to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business excellence, strategy, or operations.
  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives across functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
