Technical Service Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Service professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits;
  2. Install and maintain inverters, ensuring seamless integration with our systems;
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to inverters and other equipment;
  4. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve our services and products;
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a strong background in technical support and maintenance;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
