Job Description

As a Senior Salesforce Developer - Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning Experience.

You will lead and participate in complex Salesforce projects, providing technical guidance and best practices to the development team.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solution designs.

You will architect scalable and maintainable solutions that meet business needs while ensuring high performance and security.

You will integrate Salesforce with external systems through APIs, middleware, and web services.

You will mentor and train junior developers, sharing expertise and fostering best practices within the team.

You will conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

You will stay current with Salesforce updates, trends, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance the Salesforce platform.

You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.
