Job Description:The Front Office Assistant Manager is a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
This dynamic individual will be responsible for overseeing the Front Office department, driving efficiency, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a customer-centric approach to ensure guest satisfaction
- Leading and managing team members to achieve operational excellence
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Managing front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and handling guest complaints
- Assisting in the development and implementation of departmental strategies and plans
