Generative AI Lead

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our efforts in generative AI, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced leader who can drive innovation and excellence in this field.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art generative models for NLP tasks like text generation, translation, and document summarization.
  • Collaborate with SAs and other teams to design and implement LLM solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Evaluate and preprocess large-scale datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Deploy and optimize generative models in production environments considering scalability, efficiency, and real-time performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and LLM, applying knowledge to improve existing solutions and develop new ones.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Data science, Machine learning, and NLP technologies.
  • Solid understanding of model development, training/re-training techniques in a data sparse environment.
  • Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks LangGraph, LlamaIndex, MCP etc.
  • Familiarity with paid (OpenAI on Azure) and open-source LLMs.
  • Strong understanding of Agents development.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Experience with AWS/Azure ecosystem.
  • Pharma R&D background preferred.
  • Understanding of cloud-native application development in AWS/Azure.
