Product Experience Designer

">Role Overview:">
  • Lead design across mobile, web and dashboards to create intuitive user experiences.
  • Translate complex AI features into simple and beautiful interfaces that enhance user trust.

As a Product Experience Designer at our organization, you will have the opportunity to craft trusted user journeys for millions of users worldwide. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to simplify flows, build and evolve design systems, and champion performance, accessibility, and trust in every pixel.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Design user-centered solutions that balance business goals with user needs.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, and marketing teams to drive design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable components.
  • Rapidly prototype and test concepts using Figma/Framer/Rive/Miro/Adobe CC.

Our ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, preferably in startups/SaaS. They should have a strong portfolio showcasing shipped products and detailed case studies. Bonus points for certifications in AI UX, behavioral design, or data visualization.

">Technical Skills:">
  • Expertise in Figma, FigJam, Framer, Adobe CC, and motion/interaction prototyping tools.
  • Comfort with responsive, performance-first design across devices.
  • Familiarity with Hotjar, or UX tools like ProtoPie, Principle, and similar software.
