This is a senior leadership position for an experienced full-stack developer looking to manage and lead a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end (UI) and back-end solutions using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js for front-end and Node.js, Java, .NET Core, or Python for back-end.
  • Ensure UI/UX best practices are followed for responsive and user-friendly design.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver features.
  • Implement and manage RESTful APIs and integrations with external systems.
  • Oversee code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure application security and performance.
  • Drive adoption of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
  • Strong back-end expertise in databases (SQL - MySQL/PostgreSQL, NoSQL - MongoDB/Cassandra), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
