The Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable enterprise-level web applications.

You will work within an N-tier architecture environment, contributing significantly to both frontend and backend development.

Job Description :

As a Senior Full-stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of web applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and adherence to best practices.

You will collaborate closely with team leads and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Software Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications across the full stack using .NET Core (Version 5.0 onwards) for the backend and React.JS (Version 16.0 onwards).

- Develop and consume RESTful Web APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend services.

- Implement robust database solutions primarily with SQL Server (2017 onwards), and potentially with NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.

- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle within an Agile Methodology framework.

Quality Assurance :

- Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) / Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles and implement comprehensive Unit Testing to ensure code quality and reliability.

Collaboration :

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards.

Required Skills :

- Experience : 6+ years of professional experience in enterprise software design and development, specifically building web applications in an N-tier architecture environment.

Backend Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in .NET Core (Version 5.0 onwards).

- Extensive experience developing and integrating RESTful Web APIs.

Frontend Expertise :

- Strong proficiency in React.JS (Version 16.0 onwards).

- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Database :

- In-depth experience with SQL Server (2017 onwards), including complex query writing, stored procedures, and database optimization.

- Familiarity with NoSQL Databases is a plus.

Methodology :

- Proven experience working within Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban).

Testing :

- Hands-on experience with TDD / BDD and extensive Unit Testing.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Database Migration, particularly using a Code-First approach.

- Familiarity with DevOps Processes (e.g., CI/CD pipelines).

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

- Experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) Domain.
