We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the rollout of Coupa modules. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful implementation.
About the Role:- Sound knowledge of Coupa modules and experience with implementation and rollout.
- Hands-on experience in configuring different Coupa modules, including sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, and expenses.
- Configuration and support experience of Coupa, including enhancements, changes, and issue fixing within the system.
- Creation of sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa.
- Experience with Coupa release management for new product releases and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various integration partners and 3rd-party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions.
- Work with business partners from different geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions.
- Create functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems.
- Design and implement solution architectures for Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd-party applications.
- Work with Agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a Kanban environment, participating in scrums, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Strong experience in Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay business processes.
- Sound business knowledge in the procurement area and ability to provide standard or customized solutions to business requirements.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
