Job Title - Mobile App Developer Specialist

Experience Required - 4-6 Years

Work Model - Remote (Full Time)

Description-

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mobile app developer with 4+ years of development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to design, develop, test, and deploy cross-platform apps for Android and iOS.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Designing and developing high-quality Flutter applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Translating UI/UX designs from Figma into responsive and maintainable Flutter UI.
  • Integrating REST APIs and third-party libraries to ensure smooth functionality and performance.
  • Taking ownership of the full mobile app lifecycle – from planning to deployment and maintenance.
  • Identifying and fixing bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues proactively.
  • Collaborating effectively with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Managing codebase using Git and staying up-to-date with Flutter best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of mobile development experience with at least 3+ years in Flutter.
  • Proven delivery of at least two Flutter apps to production on both Android and iOS.
  • Strong skills in Dart, Flutter, and state management libraries such as Provider, Riverpod, or BLoC.
  • Able to work independently and drive features from concept to deployment.
  • Solid experience integrating REST APIs, managing local storage, and handling app state.
  • Good understanding of mobile architecture, debugging, and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and mobile analytics tools.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with native mobile development in Kotlin or Swift is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of automated testing in Flutter is an asset.
