Job Overview:

This role focuses on delivering high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and build high-quality mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android platforms.
  2. Ensure performance, scalability, and best practices.
  1. Deliver training sessions to clients in Western countries.
  2. Help customers understand key concepts and best practices in Flutter development.
  1. Train fellow team members on Flutter app development as required.
  2. Ensure high-quality training sessions and proper execution.
  1. Capture feedback from every session and student.
  2. Update the database and share with senior management for review.
  1. Use strong communication, diction, enunciation, and delivery skills when dealing with international students.
  1. Handle online delivery and meeting platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and Google suite applications.
  1. Contribute to projects requiring intensive teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.
  1. Organize and deliver sessions for students after onboarding and training.
  2. Maintain proper communication with students and parents for excellent customer service.
  1. Collaborate with other instructors on group projects and support effective training delivery.
  1. Communicate with customers about their upcoming sessions, curriculum plans, and more.
  1. Facilitate regular assessments of students and provide detailed feedback to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Coding (Flutter or React Native) and building mobile applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Online Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Zoom and Google Meet, and proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Customer Service: Maintain clear and professional communication with students, parents, and clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Manage a calendar of sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of training.
